10am-12pm Chocolate Cheesecake, Soil Microbes, and How You Can Grow Healthy Dirt $20/$15 (members), please pre-register: Far from being merely “dirt”, our soils are in fact living dynamic ecosystems, the base of all life (and food) on Earth. With Christina Nikolic of the Organic Gardener’s Pantry. Click here to register for this workshop.

The main emphasis will be on the living component of the soil and a hands-on demonstration on how to encourage maximum microbial diversity and numbers with compost tea.
